Gilgamesh and Enkidu is a moving story of friendship, struggle and loss. It comes from the ‘first but not least’ of all epic poems; and our dramatisation (in a faithful English translation specially crafted for the occasion) brings to life gods and heroes from the Middle East of 3000 years ago.
